At Premier Psychiatry Associates, we believe mental health care should be both compassionate and accessible. To help remove financial barriers, we work with a wide range of insurance providers so you can focus on your well-being rather than paperwork and billing.

Insurance Plans We Accept

We proudly accept most major insurance plans, including but not limited to:

• Aetna
• Anthem / Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Cigna
• UnitedHealthcare / Optum
• Medicare
• Medicaid (state-specific)
• Other regional or employer-sponsored plans

If your insurance provider is not listed, please contact our office. We will be happy to verify coverage or explore out-of-network options.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If we are not in-network with your insurance company, you may still be eligible for partial reimbursement. Our billing team can provide a detailed statement (superbill) for you to submit directly to your insurance carrier.

Copays, Deductibles & Billing

• Copays and coinsurance are due at the time of your appointment.
• If your plan has an annual deductible, we will collect the allowed amount until your deductible is met.
• We also accept HSA/FSA cards for payment.

Self-Pay Options

For patients without insurance or those who prefer not to use insurance, we offer transparent self-pay rates for evaluations, follow-up visits, and therapy sessions. Please contact our office for current pricing.
